THOUGHTS ON PAINTING
As mountains typically appear when viewed from far away, the mountains in the Mountains In Vayk 02 Painting are cast in a beautiful, light blue hue that suggests their distance is quite great. These far off mountains have a white streak running between them which suggests the presence of snow. There are a few peaks that can be found in the foreground of the painting, and their edges are just as rough as the mountains in the background. Gently sloping, rounded hills are present in the center of the painting with houses nestled off to the left side.
